Creating a New Voicemail Box
Before adding a new Mailbox, ensure that you have the following :
A Extension Number
B Mailbox owner's FULL Name
- Press FEATURE 9 8 3
The display shows

13 Enter the mailbox owner's first name
IMPOTANT: Maximum of 16 characters. Use the dialpad to select the letters Press the # to advance to the next letter and # # to enter a Comma. Last Name First, THEN First Name

This is a Directory Override. Press Yes means the mailbox owner's name always plays in the company Directory.
